Product Context:
The client develops the entire technical and logical infrastructure for constructing intelligent buildings. They are focused on the hospitality technology market that uses automation and building intelligence to create memorable experiences for guests and the entire team involved in creating the experience. I helped the client by designing a product that allows to design and operate building infrastructure systems so they can be net-zero (Carbon neutrality).
My Contributions:
I helped gather and evaluate online platform user requirements, collaborating with product managers and software developers in Agile development teams.
I illustrated and presented design ideas using storyboards, sitemaps, and process flows.
I design and defended graphical user interface (GUI) elements conforming to best practices for style, fonts, colors, and images
I developed UI mockups and prototypes for the Platform's appearance and user experience.
I developed prototypes that clearly illustrate how the site will function
I designed and presented page navigation buttons and data input fields
I troubleshooted and identify UX problems (e.g., intuitive operation, responsiveness).
I modified layouts and UX/UI changes according to the user and client evaluation.
I prepared and presented rough drafts to product management and related stakeholders.
