👉 Developed metrics and analytical culture
👉 Improved given metrics by design adjustments
👉 Design sprints

👉 Leading design projects
What has challenged me and what have I learned?
👉 Working with a team in multiple locations. I gained experience how to efficiently communicate, discuss and handle design principles, tests and documentation remotely.
👉 Limited development resources. I learned how to use them to produce the most impact and valuable solutions.
👉 Working with the legacy project. How to understand constraints and push the product design into the proper directions to overcome them.
👉 Customers and end-users are different groups. I learned how to combine working towards two goals. Fulfilling users needs and business goals at the same time.
👉 Technical constraints. Complex data structures, and different frameworks used within the platform.
👉 Multiple languages. The platform is available in multiple languages. The design needs to be flexible to support all of them.
